A deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance can be paid on departure Payments by cash or the following cards: Visa Debit/Delta - no charge. Visa Credit, Maestro/Switch, Mastercard - no charge.

If a booking is cancelled less than seven days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.  In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.  We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

We reserve the right to refuse one night bookings at certain busy times, i.e. during Bank Holidays, Festival and on-season weekends. However, there may, on occasion, be some last minute availability. Please phone for further information.

We are a non-smoking premises. We would ask all guests to respect this for the safety and comfort of our other guests.
