Our normal check-in times are between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Please let us know if you require an earlier or later check-in. It may not be possible to provide earlier access to your room without prior notice.
Access to the house is via steps from both the main and rear entrances. We are happy to offer assistance with luggage. The town centre is within a 10 min walk. The front door is kept closed at all times and guests are provided with a key.
We offer secure off street parking for 4-5 cars to the rear of the property.
All four rooms are on the first floor accessible via main staircase. There are three doubles and one twin.
Both the breakfast room and the decking area are available for guests to use throughout their visit.
The hall and stairs are well lit and are also provided with emergency lighting in event of mains failure.
The fire alarm system is audible only and guests will be alerted in the event of emergency.
Our normal check-out time is 10.30am. Please let us know if you require a later check-out time and we will accommodate where possible.
For early arrivals and on departures we are more than happy to store your luggage before access to your room on arrival and once you've vacated your room on departure.
The breakfast room is located on the ground floor next to the reception hall where you can enjoy a complimentary cooked or continental breakfast of pastries, cereal, and a variety of hot drinks. We will do our very best to cater for all dietary requirements, Please let us know on booking if you have any specific requirements.
Paignton and Goodrington beaches are both within walking distance (10 mins).
For those that enjoy a bit of history or nostalgia, the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Train is operational most of the year and can be seen from the garden.
The bus and train stations are both within walking distance (10 mins).
